why always it shows a msg saying: "No plugins found at all" when all of them r in their places?

Are you talking about Windows port ?
If so,past here exact message (i alert for each missing plugin,not for all togeter),and check if you setup corrrect Plugin directory.
It should be ok by default,as mupen already comes with some plugins inside /Plugin directory.

I'm sure the xengine causes the problem. Place the folder xengine (included in ultrahle) into the main dir of mupen.

thanks for the help Mightyrocket,it worked but the people have to delete the glide.dll inside the xengine folder to get rid of the msg "glide2x.dll was not found",but thank u.Plz Hacktarux,fix this in Mupen n Ultrahle 2064 if u dont mind,thank u for the emulator,it is always good to have options.

Well, you can also get rid of this message by placing evoodoo 2.x into the main dir of the emulator, and you can use glide too!
