What FPS do you get on mupen64? On my linux computer I get 20-30 FPS average on MARIO64. On Zelda OOT I get 15-30 (sometimes a little less, though sometimes a little more). on mariokart I get the same speeds as mario64 (sometimes faster though) .

Mupen is a slow emulator, so to play at a decent speed you'll need an Intel Pentium 4 with 2.5 ghz.

Well I don't think I'm gonna go out and buy a new computer with a pentium 4 2.5 ghz processor. My AMD 1900+ seems to run it fine anyways, and once hacktarux improves mupen64s speed... it will be even better. SO THERE!

Yes indeed, mupen 2.0 runs at full speed on my computer for at least mario. The speed has been improved very much!
I don't quite know about zelda and others, but...nevertheless, it's a great speed boost and we shall thank hacktarux & dev team for it.
