Ok, I found the Item Switch code for SSB I have attached the PJ64 SP 1 cheat file with the Item Switch cheat in it, in the notes of the cheat is how to use it. 
But, it needs the GS button, so it wont work for net games. I am still trying to find one that dosent need the GS button to be pressed. I will post any progress. lain:
