Check your game save directory setting, and make sure the game save directory exist. I am sure you do not have the save directory created or have not set the option correctly to use it.

The Video Update is a known problem. Work around soultion is that you can pause[F3] game before switch fullscreen<-->window mode, this will help. Just remember don't press F3(pause) again too quick. There will be a 5 to 10 seconds delay after switch, it is important not to press F3 again during the delay.

It will be fixed. I am still waiting to see more problems and I am sure there are more problems.

I guess no one has played Paper Mario with new 1964 yet. 1964 will crash if you use game save during play, a memory access exception. This problem is solved, but I would like to see more problems like this.
