Hi,
I'm trying to get Zelda to work on a friend's PC. He has a P4 2.0 Ghz with 768 megs of RAM and a GeForce 4 MX 440. Zelda starts ok, but certain scenes, like the overhead shots in Link's treehouse, look like complete jumbled garbage. I've read up on the other related posts here, and all of them suggest that I need the RSP plugin, which I have.
Here are my settings:
Video: Rice's Daedalus 5.1.0
The "Use RSP Plugin" option is checked
All settings within the lplugins are set to their default values
Here's a shot of Zelda (the file is called "Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time (U) (V1.0)"):

you have better stufff than i do, and my version works fine.
I use jabos d3d6 1.51 with self-rendered textures and emulate clear enabled.
See if that helps.

Do you have the RSP plugin in your plugin in folder? Only clicking "Use RSP Plugin" won't work unless the plugin is in the folder. Here my memory betrays me,
1. You need a special RSP plugin released here
2. The RSP plugin provided with Pj64
Go with #2 first and if that won't cut it, i.e it doesn't work, search ET for the correct plugin...
