From Casutik:

Looks like the scene is seeing a ton of action lately! I've decided to release another version so people can submit compatibility information to me (Games/Homebrew apps that start to display graphics, etc). The internals have changed very significantly in this version, so some apps (especially homebrew emulators) are starting to run. PointSprites now runs correctly, and is a very impressive demo.

The downloads have been posted below. Just a note, CXBX runs in 32bit mode, and an xbox controller with usb adapter is recommended highly.

Mmm? Didn't this include the...xbox sdk or something, which made the decision of not hosting any files here?

Absolutely not. AFAIK, Cxbx is fully open source, you can fin the source at sourceforge.

Caustik is developping an OpenXDK as a side prject, BTW.

Doomulation: cxbx contains no microsoft code, or in retrospect contains as little microsoft code as project 64 contains nintendo code.

What your thinking of, is xbox demos and executables, which cannt be hosted on www.emulation64.com. However, programs written for the computer, like cxbx are compiled with standard compilers and are perfectly legal.
