Hey Everyone I'm using the new Rice DaeDalus 5.1.0d Plugin. When I first tried it it ran slooowly. Before this plugin I used the UnofficialDaeDalusD3D 0.08 Plugin. It ran much faster. Another Plugin I used was Jabo's Direct 3D Plugin 6 and 7. Both of them ran fast but not smoothly. Jabo's Direct 3D Plugin is the fastest one I've used so far.
I am using P III 600 MHz 384 MB RAM 32 MB TNT2 Pro. I used Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros., and Mario 64. All which ran slowly. I used all of them at 640 X 480 Window Mode. At 320X240 Window Mode it runs at a decent speed. But in full screen at the resolutions I tried (320 X 240 and 640 X 480) Speed was very sloooooooooooooooooooooow. Thanks for any help.

the simple answer is, your computer is far too slow.
use jabos direct3d if it is fast for you, instead of rices plugin.

See if you have changed any settings and remove anything that could result in lower speed, i.e anti aliasing, antroscopic filtering etc., and reduce color to 16k.

His PC is not too slow for 1964. In fact, 1964 is
a faster emulator than PJ64 for PC processors less than 700 mhz.

Try Counter Factor 3 to speed it up (press CTRL + 3). You can also select Frameskip with Rice's plugin.

just because its "faster" doesnt mean its fast enough. it's still too slow for the majority of games.
