Turok2 with Jabod3d 1.4

Everytime I try to play Turok 2 with Jabo's 1.4 plugin on 1964, before the title screen appears I always get this message:

"1964 has caused an error in 1964.exe If you continue to experience problems restart your computer" Then I get another one "1964 has caused an error in JaboD3D.dll if you continue to experience problems restart your computer"

Then 1964 closes.

Ive tried extracting the zip, its a [!] rom, it works with 1.3, I've tried disabling register caching, I've even tried changing input plugins. Whats the deal here?

Does it work for anyone else?

I have those settings and still crashes.
