do any of them have online play for multiplayer games?

Yes, PJ64K dose have online play but it's based on ver 1.4 source.
And 1964 also has it (or I think so).

1964 have netplay but it's slow and unstable.
I suggest you to use PJ64K or Nemu 0.8 and not to try playing big games likes GldenEye or Perfect Dark, playing games like Mario Kart 64 or Super Smash Bros.
