The Goldeneye shots looks stunning considering it was kinda broken in the last release, and now appears to be better than Jabo's. :)

It should work just fine for your computer since your config is similar to and better than mine . As I test (with Radeon M6), it also runs pretty good on Radeon. Mario 64 (E) text problem and Golden Eye sky problem are two very old and known problems for all plugins. I am happy to tell that these two problems are solvable.

And if you're right, Hail to the King. ;D
Mario 64 (E) text problem is very strange.

looks great rice.. Hey did you ever get a chance to work on those games you got to start up (meaning you got the U codes for them)... like resident evil 2 and Indian Jones and the infernal machine, and naboo... something

Does it need a new version of 1964 (when it's done, of course)?

Hey Rice,
how's the status of 1964. The official release was planned 22 days ago and Schibo posted it wasn't finished yet and said he will post an emutalk-only pre beta, but I haven't heard anything of 1964 since Cinco de Mayo (5 may for the newbies).

I am not going to make a statement for Schibo, but I can tell that I have implemented some new neat features. It is going pretty good. Schibo will release it when it is ready.

Rice your old versions supported Resident Evil 2 but your previous versions didn't. Is there some hope to see it running with your plugin again?

I wonder the same thing, after all Schibo broke down my buzz for Cinco De Mayo,l I was talking up and down about the Cinco de Mayo, and like everyone started to call it like my favorite holiday(Noobs). But yeah how is the so-called final version of 1964 coming along.

That question was already answered in Rice's last post. If they have anything more to say, Rice or Schibo then they will no doubt tell us, but until then let's be patient :)

RE2 problems has been fixed along with many other problems. I just don't bother to post shots for the games that were used to work.

I don't think so, I think movies are fixed with a new rsp.dll (not out, of course)

Hey Rice!
Zelda:OOT 2D backgrounds will be fixed too without using a RSP?
Thanks!

Hactarux (author of Mupen64) is working on a news rsp.dll. Maybe Schibo is working too, but I don't know for sure.

What about Rareware(I mean Conker)?
In your last release there were some good improvements.
Are there going to be any other in the next one?
Anyway, wonderful news!

What's the PD sky problem? (I haven't played PD at all.)

Hey Rice, will you be re-adding support for Jabo's Direct Sound in the next version? That would be really nice.

That is a real good question, I wonder the same, however I still think Azimer's HLE audio is better to use on 1964.
Stupidity_Emu, its a good question, but Schibo should be the one to ask for this since he does most of the core 1964 coding.

Highly doubtful;
It was removed from support deliberately because it causes 1964 to crash, and isn't likely to return.

well, Its the same as the goldeneye one. no sky & something else hard to tell for me. Also, all the menus colors are messed up & light color too (Ravine is supposed to be with orange-brown lights but instead, its all blue :S (underwater Ravine!)

Rice! Yes, it's the GoldenEye guy here. Happy to see you GE screenshot and you know I'd be happy to see more of that!
One thing you may want to look at with that game is in Multiplayer, go into the Temple. All plugins to date give the walls a glitchy texture for whatever reason.
I know you already have lots on your plate. Just letting you know your time is well spent because damn I'm looking forward to the next release!!

HyperShadow, you are here cumulating a nice amount of nono's.
1) Don't type in capital letters, on the web it means that you are shouting.
2) Don't double post, there is an edit button.
3) It's bad to ask progress reports. Especially when the authors have just given some info (if they had been silent for month, it might have been ok, but here, it isn't).
4) "Me too"-ism is bad, since you don't bring anything new or constructive to the thread.
Edit:
I've just realised that the guy spammed the whole board in a similar fashion. Begging for a ban... or some serious warning..

The problem with perfect dark with the sky is that it copy's every frame, so in Jabo's D3D 1.5 there is an option not emulate it, called "Direct3D Clear Mode" with the option's "Default, Only Per Frame, and Always".
Note: see the attached image
Default ----------- Attempts to emulate but can't the sky
Only Per Frame - Depth issues (I think?)
Always ----------- Cut's the sky (and any other D3D Clear layer)
So there is no sky in PD!
I hope this help's.
But I can't wait for the new Plugin and keep up with the good work Rice!
Default Direct3D Clear Mode - Image part 1 (Cinema, 2:1 intro - Negotiate This!)
Default Direct3D Clear Mode - Image part 2 (Carrington Villa, Me shooting at the sky with the CMP150)
Only Per Frame Direct3D Clear Mode - Image part 3 (Carrington Villa, Just standing with the Sniper Rifle)
Always Direct3D Clear Mode - Image part 4 (Carrington Villa, Me again shooting at the sky with the CMP150)

URAMetroid, I already know that but its the way to fix this that I want! not to delete it!(a black sky is not really good) , look , there is (was :P) the same problem in GoldenEye, he fixed it, now, it is just to fix the same thing in Perfect Dark! so we'll have a good little sky!, not a black texture!

Knuckles, sorry, this info is to help see the sky but to help fix it.
But I do know how to see the sky in Perfect Dark, and in Golden Eye (I don't know if emulated right or not, it look's fine to me in GE).
See the attached image of PD with a sky, but no textures:cry:
(Note: I used an old plugin, Jabo's D3D6 1.1)
