"can't run 16 bit programs" error with UltraHLE_2064_V1.0.3

I get an error when i try to open the Setup.exe file and it says that "windows cannot run 16 bit programs" and it cannot find the path to setup.exe or sumtin like that. I am running WinXP pro...

How can i fix this so that i can update to v1.0.4 and try this emulator?

You do not need to extract the files. Open the zip archive using Winzip and double click on Setup.exe.

If didn't work or if it is what you did then let us know and try the next method :
extract the whole archive content in c:/ultrahle. Then double click Setup.exe.

Thanks alot, it worked by opening up in Winrar and just doubleclicking the setup.exe . I have a ATi Radeon 7200 64MB video card, do i need a glide wrapper, and if so, which one is the best? What video, audio and input plugins work best with ultrahle 2064?
