Do any one know if there is a open sourcefor a Audio Plugin (N64)
? or is there ANY way to get my hands on some source code to a Audio Plugin ?!?

As far as I know No. You could look at Daedalus to see how the author has handled audio on that EMU.
However you can start with the Zilmar spec N64 documentation available on the net and Direct Sound information to make your own. Might take a while, Audio on the N64 (as you might find out) is a tad tricky.

Actually...there is. Zilmar's audio is open source. But it's LLE, so you'll have to work on to make it HLE. Remember that it's just a basic template at that, it's not a fully working audio plugin.

UHLE source contains audio hle functions for mario, zelda and banjoo ucode!
hacktarux extracted those functions into a zilmar spec plug which i ported to linux... maybe hacktarux gives you the source of the uhle audio plug
