UltraHLE 1.0.3 released!

Dominator has just notified me on IRC that <a href="http://www.ultrahle2064.com">UHLE2064</a> 1.0.3 has been released. Here's the lenghty list of changes :

UltraHLE 2064 version 1.0.3 is fixing some bugs but mainly adds better speed and roms support. To make it short you'll get:
