NFL Blitz - Special Edition (U) [!]

This new game works fine in Pj64 1.3 with one exception! In full screen mode, the graphics seem to be squashed to the top half of the screen giving a split screen effect. This also happens with WCW Mayhem and a few others.

Can anyone elaborate on this?

When testing this particular rom I was greeted with the following problem:

1) The screen continously switched between a sky blue background and game graphics.

2) The character on the scooter would dissapear ???

I thought there is just NFL Blitz, 99, 2000, and 2001.

I just checked GoodTools and there is no Special edition.
