I need your help guys...

Until now i was testing n64 programs on my n64 using an homebrew device made by a friend who had great technical abilities but for some reasons the device has started to die...
I guess nobody can give a v64jr or sell it at a cheap price, so i have decided to build an homebrew pv-backup... That's where i am asking your help. To build it, i need some components that can be found on old motherboards: isa connector, simm72 connectors and a parallel port connector. If you have an old 486 or pentium motherboard that you no longer use or that isn't working anymore it would be great if you could send me it.
I need a 32Mb or 64Mb EDO too. It may be harder to find one, but again if you have it please think about me :D

Now, i'm crossing my fingers and waiting :)

Will you be releasing the designs?

:)

It's actaully based on Valery Pudova's work but i may write a better how-to if i can get it working because available documents are pretty hard to understand.

I have an old 486 and a 386 mobo, I could donate those :) I also have 4 sticks of 4 MB edo (16 MB), but I am not sure whether they would help :p

I have 128 MB edo ram in the other PC but I need those :(

Scrap mainboards:
1x original IBM PC (8088) ISA (5x 8-bit slots, 4x 4KiB 4116N + 24x DIP RAM sockets) M/B
1x noname mini-AT 486 ISA/VesaLB (6x 16-bit slots, 1x 8-bit slot, 3x VLB slots, 4x 30-pin SIMM sockets, 2x 72-pin SIMM sockets)
3x noname baby-AT 386sx (6x-7x 16-bit slots, 4x-8x 30-pin SIMM sockets)

These MBs don't have onboard sub-D connectors, but I do have 3 scrap 16-bit ISA 'multi-I/O controllers', with a 25-pin female sub-D parallel port connector, as well as pin headers for 2x Serial, IDE, FD.

I don't have any scrap EDO modules bigger than 4MiB though..

Dang. I guess you're covered for hardware :satisfied
Let me know if you need anything else... just as long as it's not a SB 16 ISA *hugs his Sound Blaster 16 ISA*.
Heh, too bad I melted the board this thing fit into... I'm still trying to find a PCI to ISA adapter... *sniffles* So much for my favorite DOS games.
