can anyone describe for me how DIB-sections work in VB5+, a simple code snippet with no extra effects and classes.
I would be grateful for answers...
or, wait!, is there another way of simple achieving transparency and rotation fast without winXP requirements (transparentBlt requires XP). If so please explain to me! i'm trying to get into the game making buissnies
