lots of problems

sorry bout this but i just cant seem to get (1) project 64 and (2)majoras mask working.(1) project 64 ran perfectly for me on my old computer on windows millenium but i went and bought a new computer with window xp and now i cant even install it correctly. on installation lots of errors show up and it tells me that there is a file missing msvcr70.dll and that the plugins are invalid or missing. (2) so i decided hey it worked on my old computer and i copied the folder directly to the new computer. it seemed to work fine until i tried opening majoras mask! but nothing but a blank screen. ive tried everything i could think of but its no use. the annoying thing is that it works perfectly with any other game even orcarina of time. please help me!
