Lemmy's D3D problem

Does anyone else have this problem with Lemmy's D3D, or are few games supported?
Note: I have GeForce4 MX 440 if that is relevant

Lemmy said that his PlugIn is not in the state that he wants it to be ... but since the whole NEMU Story is over he released it in the state it was when he left the project....... i use NEMU in combination with Jabo's Direct 3D Plugin...it kicks ass !

Yes, I know it wasn't at the state he wanted it, but a while ago (quite awhile), some screens of various games were posted on the Nemu site, and one of them was Conker's BFD, and it looked perfect. Here's one of them, and you'll notice that it looks alot better than my previous picture:
