Harvest moon Control Problems

I can load Harvest moon 64, but when it gets to the startup screen...it says press start. At this point i cannot make it start, since i have no gamepad and no key on the keyboard will make it work. I have read the readme files and checked the controls there, but no avail. I have also tried to configure the keys but it just won't work...it doesn't have any configurable keys.

P.S: I do not currently have any videocard or system problems.

Does other roms work on NEMU? Have you tried another emulator? Have you checked your rom with goodn64?

No, i haven't tried any other roms on itand haven't tried other emulators (can't find them anywhere :( ). And there doesn't seem to be anyway to configure the controls. By the way wat is goodn64?

1) Other good emulators are PJ64 ( www.pj64.net ), 1964 ( www.1964emu.com ), ultraHLE ( www.ultrahle2064.com ), and lots of others (you can find them on this site).

2) GoodN64 is a tool to check your rom for damage ( www.smiff.clara.net ).
