Cant Configure Plug-ins

Im using UltraHLE 2064 and It will not let me configure any of the plug-ins for Video and controller. This is the 4th time i've downloaded this and cant get it to work. Any help???? My system specs are....

1.3 GHz Athlon
512MB DDR
32MB Radeon 7000 Video Card
Windows XP Pro

First, select your plugins (eg, selecting them). Then to be sure, you might restart the emulator and it should let you choose to configure the plugins.
