To confirm that it happens in PJ64 1.2, I have a screenshot for PJ64 1.2.

If the message board didn't have that harsh file attachment size limit of 25,000 bytes, and at least 64 KB limit instead, my screenshots would not be mucked up like that! I had to suffer the nasty side effects of lossy JPG compression!:!!!:

It's been increased to 70 000 bytes.

One more thing, LOL at that screenshot. Hahahaha. :D :D

Well, thanks, Martin, I'm able to post much much better screenshots now. I definitely can at least get a good quality image down to at least 64 KB. I've been tweaking the compression and using "Progressive Encoding" in Paint Shop Pro 4
(older, but does the job in Windows 98 SE):pj64::happy: LOL!

here's a hint... crop to the window.. we don't need to see your whole desktop (thanks for the 'window' (bad pun?) into your life, but its not needed ;) :p

First, just snapshot the pj-screen, not the desktop! Press Alt+PrintScrn. And set the compression to about 30%; removes hellofa lot of size, and loses almost no quality!
