You can get DEMO ROMs at the Emulation64 Network. (http://www.emulation64.com)

First, you need the games (you have to search them on your own, it's forbidden that you ask games). Second I need you system-speed and video-card. Can you post it?

Just get some games (can't tell you where to get them, though). Then read the readme file for nemu and explorer it on your own. It isn't really hard. If you have problems, tell us.
