XPDE looks just like the windows XP shell, has the functionality of stylexp available, and is free, GPL'ed software. The catch? Its for linux :)

Well, we kind of have a "dont ask, dont tell" policy on that. Private messages are just that, private. We dont go checking PM's for rule breakers. But I would caution anyone dumb enough to PM a mod requesting illegal material, we frown upon that sorta thing.

I don't know if they still do it now, but Style XP used to provide the dll for free (uxtheme.dll IIRC). You have to replace the original with this one by hand. It is very easy if you don't have the SP1. I know that it's more complicated with SP1, but I don't know much about this.
