Theme XP.org Server question

Does Emutalk's and Theme XP's servers have a relationship? Because the last few days tha Emutalk wasn't working Theme XP page was also down, but now that Emutalk is working, suddenly ThemeXP.org is working again. Any relation?

themexp was actually back up yesterday. i think i read somewhere that they were switching servers
