K this is going to sound very retarded but how do I install a plugin I extracted the files to my project64 plugin directory but it doesn't show up?

Put the plugins in pj\plugin. It's that simple.
What plugins are you trying to add anyway? lain:

I tried that and they didn't show up I'm not sure what they were I got them off of this website though and downloaded the highest ones in rank.
