banjo kazooie speed problem

sometimes in the game when i got a piece of puzzle the FPS slow down to 34 or something has this happened to anyone yet or this is unsoloveable??

i did a search on this forum and there is 1 forn said this gane will run with full speed all the times so i think i did something wron.g
