a version routine which gives back the something like DarkEnginePro 1.09 Build 3 or something like that

just for debugging if people ask about it :)

and a thing that can check the current directx version so i can use that to prompt people that they need to upgrade their directx :D

That wouldn't work, if the dll doesnt run without dx8.1 anyway :P
But I will add it just for the heck of it :P
