NeoRAGE Dosent want to work

ok so I am using winxp sp1 and when ever I try to run NeorageX Version 0.6b it gives me this error:
NeoRAGEx.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It worked fine on Win98 and Win2000 so this is not my PC but rather windows doesn't like this emulator.

Is there a way to fix it?

[link removed] has several hacks of NeoRAGEx that can run under Windows XP. My personal favourite is NeoRAGEx 0.6H because it recognized all of my games properly.

hacked versions of neorage isnt the only thing they have. h34r:

Nebula, Kawaks, MAME, all those are way better than NeoRAGEX.
