Mario Party 3 problem

MarioParty 3 looks OK on my system generally speaking. Some of the mini-games are a bit off.
Please post
1) your computer's specs
2) whether you've checked the rom to make sure it is not corrupted
3) whether you've updated your video drivers
and, if it is still necessary,
4) screenshot(s) showing the problem

512 DRR Memory
80 gb HD
I don't have problems with other ROMs I can play all my games perfect, only Mario Party doesnt work properly. <_<
game I play:
-Zelda Ocarina of Time
-Zelda Majora's Mask
-Goldeneye
-Mario 64
-Waverace 64
These game run perfect...

All mario party games has known issues of slowing down in mini-games and alike, as well.
