I'm gonna have to throw out this 400 Mhz piece'o'crap, I need something that'll run PJ64 perfectly.
Can someone recommend a good Processor, Graphics Card, and anything else that relevent which will run PJ64 at it's best?

Even the cheaper processor you'll find today is waay too powerfull to run PJ64.

Pick a nVidia gfx card (GeFOrce2 and above are OK). You'll find more info in the pj64 help file.
