Why do I see popups, are they necessary?

They are, martin makes 3/4's of a penny with every 5000 banner views and clicks.

Cheers for the support. ;)

Thanks for the kind words, and yes, it is damn good.

As for the popups, you'll only see one every 6th hour. :)

Don't you understand that pop ups are necessarry ? ???
They give Martin a little bit of profit which he can use to improve the server or to upgrade his system.Which will result in even better emulation :)

I doubt it will mean in better emulation, donating to jabosoft though might ;) the popups are there to pay the bandwidth bill, it's hardly popup heavy either

criss!
I dunno why but a pop-up appears in almost EVERY thread I click :(

I try to click on all the banners at least once every week. That is my way of showing support. I would even consider buying some of the stuff in the ads if they were even applicable to me. As if I have a house to get a home equity loan. :P

Have you got cookie enabled properly (the one every 6 hours script needs cookies to work).

cookies are enabled but only for emutalk.net and emulation64.com , they are blocked from all advertisers though
