I've made a new version of the dutch.lng-file.

2 things corrected:

1. I've forgotten to add a word to the comments-button in the rom-browser.

2. If you use v 1.1.6, there are 2 extra languages extra, wich aren't in v 1.1.5 (my dutch file is written in v 1.1.5). These are added in the ultra.lng-file too.

Renamed the text at plugin-configuration too.
