How to enable fog with eVoodoo?

I recently discovered that the eVoodoo glide wrapper has fog (working depth cueing) capabilities. I'm using eVoodoo with UltraHLE to play Zelda and still don't have fog. I was wondering if someone could tell me what I need to do, because the glide wrapper didn't come with any kind of graphical configurator or anything.

As far as my hardware goes (ATI Radeon 7500pci) I'm pretty sure that there's no problem there because I get fog imaging using Project 64 and Jabo's D3D.

I'm interested in getting this to work, not just for the sake of getting fog imaging but I want to see if it affects other graphical shortcomings I've encountered while using XGL200 (like the masks in the Happy Mask Shop, or the Golden Goddesses, or any item that Link lifts out of a treasure chest appearing black).
