Ultra doesn't start on my computer, when i click on the .exe, it say:
"The ordinal 11 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSOUND.dll"

That's a Direct X problem (I think). Update it.

You might want to try removing the sound plugins from the folder to test if its not the sound dlls
