Is it against any rulez to start a cheat ini (should I start one) for ultrahle 2064...or should i leave all the work to the authors...

There isnt too much point in starting a cheats ini, as its already being worked on. And theres some issues with the cheat system currently which will make it difficult for you to test your cheats.

True. But in the future, you can either start your OWN cheats.ini or submit us your cheats and get the credits.
