same problem (sort of)

my spec athlon 1333, 512mb ddr2100, tnt2m64 16mb(pci), windows 2000 pro

my problem is that 2d games run very slow even in the lowest resolution, but 3d game run perfectly in the highest resolution which is weird. btw i'm using the default plugins

Ummm for what though?
Is this for PJ64.. etc?
What plugins what emulator.. etc.

And NO it's not weird .. 2d graphics actually is not as easy to use aceleration with this is the same problem GPU plugins have on the PSX emulators. 2d Graphics tend to be real slow :)

sorry forgot the most important part

I'm using pj64 1.5final(same problem with older versions too)
video-jabosd3d dx6 ver. 1.5
sound-jabos direct sound 1.5
input-neorage 2.1.8

i've tried quite a few plugins with the same problems
are there any plugins better suited for 2d or any settings i could change to get better 2d performance

and don't tell me to get a new video card i know i need a new one lol
