Seems that UltraHLE doesn't have suport for 2 players :(
You can configure it with the plugins, the game detects a 2nd pad, but it doesn't do anything. Maybe you can add it in the next version?

Shadowprince will work on that, (I have already told him).And maybe I will at look at that me too. Maybe on the nexy release, 4 players will be supported !

Yes, the plugins have 4 player support, but UltraHLE isn't prepared for more than 1 player, so the 2/3/4 player controls just doesn't work.
