Is this GC Emulator real ?

Hi,
Does anyone know if the Emulator located at this address http://home.pages.at/desgon/ is real or not ?
I wonder how they developed it without the GameCude SDK (I didn't find any reference on the net about it) and the DVD/CD Format ?

Just another hoax if you ask me.
Otherwise it would have been posted on some emusites.
Don't download the prog. Might be some nasty trojan.

Hehe, look @ the screens, there was a site mark on them but it's erased ( well it hase some BIG pixels on top :] )
