It's depend on your computer but itself is normal slow depend on what games you are playing. This emulator is still in development so there is nothing you can do about it. Just be patient and this emulator will improvement in speed in the future. :)

Sorry to revive a relatively old topic, but according to Wikipedia's article on NO$GBA they say that if a game runs slowly it's mostly the fault of the user's hardware, as the program is very CPU-intensive and requires top-of-the-line hardware for full speed. What are the hardware requirements for top speed?

No, until the developer improvement the speed in the emulator and for now, there is nothing you can do about it. :)

So you're saying that contrary to what Wikipedia is saying, having top-of-the-line hardware won't really help that much?

It does help a little, but not enough for actually spend money to upgrade your computer, since many games doesn't run at full speed with graphical glitches and stuff
