When I try to open the emulator anything happens. Version 1.0.0.6 was working perfectly. I've downloaded the new one and when I double click it doesn't open.

My pc:
Motherboard: Asus A7V600-X
CPU: AthlonXP 2.4ghz
Memory: 512mb ram DDR
GPU: Geforce FX 5700LE 256mb
OS: Windows XP
