Ok, I've seen the posts about, oh there are no PS2 emulators that can play commercial games. My question is, are there any PS2 iso's out there that CAN be played on a PS2 Emulater like pcsx2 or something of the sort. Maybe the files from the iso can be changed so that the copied games can be configured to play on an emulator.

No. The issue is incomplete emulation of the hardware. You can hack/patch a game all you want, it won't change a thing.
