In that case (if you have <550 mhz), use Jabo's GFX 1.20b. This might cause some graphical glitches, but is faster than Glide64+evoodoo.

You listed all the eVoodoo versions that are worth trying, and if 3.2 doesn't work, it' doubtful anything earlier will. Use a different plugin/different settings for the emulator/plugin.
